Meditation

A Meditation to work with for “This Energetic Time”

Give yourself the gift of space and the blessing of time to be at one with your self and within this place of peace and ease, take time to breathe and become at one with the breath. Find your own rhythm, your own reliable pace, which feels both relaxed and comfortable.

Whenever you are ready take a nice full breath and allow the body to let go of any tension held in the joints of the body. Repeat two to three times and consciously allow the breath to move through the muscles and the body to ease away the stress and the strains of your daily life.

Visualize a bright light beginning to enter through the soles of your feet and grow into a bright shining ball of light, right in the centre of you two feet. This ball of light is the most beautiful shade of violet light and varies in depth of colour, yours might be dark and intense or fragile and delicate, don’t be deceived by what you expect it should look like, just know that this is indeed a form of the violet fire of St Germain and is the most amazing transformation tool of our current age.

Now that the ball is fully formed in the sole of the foot imagine that you can draw the light from the ball straight through the leg and into the knee where it will form another ball. Draw again this violet light upwards into the main chakra column beginning in the Base Chakra and allow the light to completely re-organize the Chakra in whatever way is right for you. It may be that the chakra is holding miss-qualified energy, (old wounds), but we don’t need to understand it, we don’t need to know what it is all about, we can simply choose to allow the light to transform what ever it is and let it go for once and for all.

As you give permission for the release feel the energy shift and the violet light move upwards to the Sacral Chakra where it alights like a fire cleansing and purifying the limitations that live here. Begin to see spirals of light leaving as the miss-qualified energy flees from this Sacred sight and feel the change as the flow between the Base & Sacral Chakra’s unify and merge to form a natural pillar of light that flows through your beautiful bodies to create the Aura’s shield, also of the violet flame.

When you can see, feel or just know that the Aura is completely sealed with this violet light and sense that there is a completion and your whole being is alight with the flame of St Germain, then you can rest in your space of meditation and simply be still and receive.

When you are ready and feel like it is time to return to your day, take a nice deep breath and feel the flame return to the soles of your feet and take it beyond and back into the centre of the Earth. Feel the connection that you have with the soft and gentle Mother energy of our planet and home. Give thanks for the blessings that you have shared this day and be in gratitude for all that is in your experience of life at this given time. May peace be with you and surround you in all ways.

A Mediation to work with for “Deepening our Connection”

Give yourself the gift of space and the blessing of time to be at one with your self and within this place of peace and ease, take time to breathe and become at one with the breath. Find your own rhythm, your own reliable pace, which feels both relaxed and comfortable.

Whenever you are ready take a nice full breath and allow the body to let go of any tension held in the joints of the body. Repeat two to three times and consciously allow the breath to move through the muscles and the body to ease away the stress and the strains of your daily life.

Let your breath become slow and deep, let your body become lighter and more relaxed as you begin to place your awareness on the outer skin layer of your body. Choose an area of your body and begin to experience the feeling in your skin. How does it feel, cool and light or hot and heavy? Can you feel the hair ( if there are any there)? Does it feel thick or thin? Really feel the skin and take your time to become familiar with the wonder of this amazing self healing, self maintaining part of who you are.

Once you become familiar and feel that you know the essence imagine that there is a small doorway through the skin and that you can open and pass through. After you have gone through just stay here and get a feeling of the emotion that is held just below the surface. How does it feel? What does it feel like? Anxious, Fearful, Sad, sit here for a moment and really get a sense of how it feels. Then once you can name the feeling, go under the surface to the next layer of skin and see what’s hiding under here. Keep going until you reach the bone and then imagine you can feel what the bone is feeling.

Keep a careful note of the feelings and then once you have reached the bones feeling imagine that you can link the feeling together as if they were a daisy chain. They are all attached to each other and they are all now as one. Have a sense of the chain and see how long it is or get a feeling of where it leads in your body.

Does it go to an organ? Does it go to another limb? Just imagine you can walk along the daisy chain to wherever it begins. Once you are there sit in silence for a moment or two and once again connect with wherever you are.

Right in the heart of wherever you are sitting see or imagine a spark of light a fire fly or a speck of magical fairy dust. One is followed by many until it’s somewhat like a snow storm of light and the area becomes a thick blanket of light. It glows and dances. It glows and throbs totally alive with the breath stirring the light.

Watch carefully as in the middle of this blanket there is a strong light that begins t o throb and glow melting the light until all you can see is this radiant beauty that begins to shine through what was the blanket, it may be any colour of the rainbow or even a colour that surprises you, don’t judge it, just accept that it’s perfect for you at this time. Imagine or see that the light is growing stronger and stronger and that it is flowing through all of your being, from the top to the bottom until it overflows onto the outside of your body cascading through your aura and creating a bubble of light around your being filled with this light. Sit for a while and experience the feeling and allow them to wash over you and through you. Enjoy the feeling of expansion and see the beauty of all that you are in this moment allowing any message that wishes to come through to float down through the light as if it were a feather. Allowing your heart to receive this message and to reveal to you that which you need to know right here right now. Breathing the message into your body and feel, see, know that it is soaking into the skin through to all parts of you and knowing that it is exactly what you need for your body and your essence to lift themselves into a place of new understanding a place of love and a place of respect for each other. Breathing into this several times and expanding the feeling of oneness around you and allowing the expansion to grow till you are complete and then simply bask in the glory of what you are.

Take time to allow for completion and when you are ready allow the expansion to come back into the body, into the heart. Returning to feeling the skin until you feel that you are completely back and at one with whom you are. Knowing that the integration of this meditation will continue in the same way that your body breathes and your eyes blink. Knowing fully and completely, that all is well in your world.

Healing the Heart Meditation

Whenever you are ready take a nice full breath and allow the body to let go of any tension held in the joints of the body. Repeat two to three times and consciously allow the breath to move through the muscles and the body to ease away the stress and the strains of your daily life.

Let the rhythm of your breath become gentle and easy, consciously allow your mind to free itself of it’s chatter without making anything happen, simply allow the mind to find that it can be still and rest a while with ease and grace. You may find that this just cannot happen for you and so we suggest that an easy way to go within is to place your focus in one particular place.

If we choose the heart then we need to feel the heart, how does it feel? Is your heart heavy, painful, light or happy. Get in touch with the rhythm of the heart, can you feel the pulse? What colour is your heart? Be creative and visualize the full rainbow spectrum and experiment with the colours that make your heart sing. Practice changing the colours and even try metallic or frosted and take careful note of how each one changes your awareness. Become totally at one with your heart and once you feel like you have become your heart introduce the thought of love and see what happens next. Simply use the “mantra” ‘LOVE, LOVE, LOVE’ over and over again and feel the flow of energy that descends in to your body, your mind and especially your heart.

And now feel your heart. How does it feel now? What difference can you feel deep within? Explore the energy and any emotions that show themselves without becoming attached to anything in particular, let them come and let them go.

Now that you have anchored this energy into your being take a moment to give thanks for your life and all that you have created within it, be in gratitude for all that you are.

And whenever you are ready and there is no hurry, imagine the colour within your heart going from your heart and connecting with all the people that are in your life. Take it one step further and take the colour to all the people in your community and let it touch their hearts without judgment or any attachment. Allow the colour to flow on and to keep touching each person on our plant in some small way until the colour returns home back into your heart.

Allow your heart’s colour to move down through your chakra column and into the Earth’s heart, anchoring your love and your light and becoming one with the “Mother Earth” and draw the combined energy back into your heart.

When you are ready and feel like it is time to return to your day, take a nice deep breath and feel the connection that you have with the soft and gentle Mother energy of our planet and home. Give thanks for the blessings that you have shared this day and be in gratitude for all that is in your experience of life at this given time. May peace be with you and surround you in all ways.

(The same process can be used for any part of the body and is especially effective if there are illness symptoms in the area of choice)

A Mediation to work with: Opening your Soul’s Pathway

Give yourself the gift of space and the blessing of time to be at one with your self and within this place of peace and ease, take time to breathe and become at one with the breath. Find your own rhythm, your own reliable pace, which feels both relaxed and comfortable. Whenever you are ready take a nice full breath and allow the body to let go of any tension held in the joints of the body. Repeat two to three times and consciously allow the breath to move through the muscles and the body to ease away the stress and the strains of your daily life.

Let your breath become slow and deep, let your body become lighter and more relaxed as you begin to place your awareness on the tips of your toes and imagine a light shining on the end of each toe, illuminating your pathway. Take look now and connect with the pathway and the light that is showing you the way forward. Imagine that you are able to follow the path and meet a being of light. Take the time to ask who it is that you are speaking with, ask them why they needed to connect with you? Connect your eyes to their eyes and imagine that you are able to connect with their heart, opening your heart fully as you receive the love and light that is streaming your way. Once the light is complete, ask what it is that they would like from you, and if it is possible offer this from your heart to theirs.

Now imagine that you can see a beautiful Buddha figure before you, it may be any one of the many different forms. Kindness flows from the eyes of Buddha into your eyes. Compassion flows from the middle of Buddha’s body to your solar plexus. Love flows from the heart centre of Buddha to you heart. Receiving this light now for as long as you are able.

Open your hands and bring the hands up to your heart, hold the hands gently over the actual physical heart and allow light to flow here for a while. Letting the light bless your heart and your blood stream, allowing the blood that has been blessed to flow through your body and blessing each area as it flows, receiving this blessing in every part of your body on earth as it is in heaven.

When you feel complete, returning the hands to you resting pose, returning along the path with your connecting spirit and finding your way back to your illuminated toes.

Breathing into the body and coming totally back into the body, connecting with your heart and connecting to the earth, grounding your energy and your presence into mother Earth. Lifting your energy through the heart and up to the Energy that is Source, above the head and fully connecting with the light before bringing the light back into the heart. Breathing and bringing all of your focus back into the body and awakening once more.
